My client is looking to hire someone with proven experience in developing proactive strategies to attract and retain top talent. The successful candidate will have employer branding in mind and will contribute towards effective 1-3 year people plans aligned with the organisational strategy.
You will be developing interview and assessment processes to ensure the right candidates are selected and engaged throughout the entire recruitment process including onboarding.
