Elevation HR are currently working with a leading brand to recruit the role of Recruitment Manager. With strong management skills you will support 3 direct reports and an indirect team of 30 and will strategically deliver commercial and creative solutions to attract, recruit and retain the best calibre of candidates within the industry.

The role will be responsible for:
* Building effective relationships with all key stakeholders, ensuring that expectations around delivery of recruitment projects are agreed and delivered upon in a timely manner.
* Being responsible for managing and developing the Recruitment Team by monitoring, motivating to achieve standards and objectives, whilst providing excellent service.
* Setting and agreeing the strategy for the recruitment team, ensuring clear objectives are set through regular, structured reviews.
* Carrying out regular business reviews with hiring managers providing recruitment Management Information.
* Developing a Social Media strategy.
* Identifying trends and future systems/tools to beat competition.
* Ensuring regular and close liaison with HR to understand and anticipate confidential recruitment requirements.
* Using expert knowledge to provide accurate advice on most suitable recruitment strategies to line management.
* Supporting line managers with senior recruitment activities.
* Developing long term, strategic candidate pipelines, such as graduates, apprentices etc.
* Continuously reviewing/identifying improvements in the recruitment process, through delivery of hiring manager training, feedback etc.
* Monitoring and reviewing effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying how to improve and adapt for future activity.
* Improve on-boarding process for candidates.
* Challenging and influencing recruitment decisions on attraction, recruitment and selection methods.

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
* A proven track record of success in volume in-house recruitment
* In-depth social media experience
* In-depth social media experience
* Experience of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
* SHL or equivalent psychometric testing qualifications and experience
