I’m working with a growing and hugely marketing agency, who need a Recruitment Manager (3-4 days/week) who will be integral to drive recruitment delivery from London across the international offices.
Reporting into the HR Director, you’ll be responsible for attracting talent using innovative methods, partnering stakeholders to create succession and development opportunities, leading into employee engagement and retention programmes. As the successful candidate, you’ll be an absolute Creative/Design/Strategy expert, partnering with stakeholders to plan hiring for their divisions. You’ll demonstrate credibility with industry knowledge, delivery style and network, be used to managing senior relationships and influencing hires with your clients. You must be outgoing and use initiative when finding candidates: networking, attending events and pinpointing new stars to constantly talent pool. You’ll partner with stakeholders to advise on team structures, mapping talent and succession planning, and shape their requirements to business need.
You must have a strong history of recruiting into creative and digital agencies and be used to the fast pace and ever-changing environment which this presents. You must have a fully-accessible black book of contacts, and be able to challenge and influence where necessary at any level of the business. This could be your first in-house move!
