We are partnering with a fantastic media company which is experiencing increasingly exciting times! They need you as their new Recruitment Manager to be the strategic lead for their future growth and development.
Already dominating their market but with huge future plans, they are looking for an experienced and expert Recruitment Manager to take ownership of the entire recruitment function for the current x800+ business. Growth and business style plans will ensure your volume is constant and your strategic experience will enable the business to move forward intelligently.
Working closely with the HR Director and managing a Recruiter, you’ll take ownership of implementing their talent acquisition strategy from a greenfield site. With responsibility of implementing a direct sourcing model you will be required to drive change management throughout the business, implement employer brand programmes and EVP, and establish and embed an ATS successfully with all training and communication with managers complete. You’ll be a strong business partner with exceptional stakeholder management expertise, be data-driven and enjoy being hands-on and an integral partner to the business.
As the successful candidate, you’ll be a natural communicator, be commercially-driven, have experience of recruiting across multiple industries including digital media and be a confident line manager. You will be proven at establishing an in-house recruitment function within a large business and have demonstrated commercial impact. This is a big business with big ideas and you’ll bring previous experience within a large, fast-paced digital media organisation.
