Our client, an exciting online publishing and new internet brand is looking to hire a Recruitment Manager, ideally with experience in Sales, IT and Marketing recruitment experience.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in an ever-changing, exciting environment and will be able to manage a fast paced environment and large workloads. This is an incredible time to join a growing business and really help the business evolve.

The role:

  • Work in a small team to effecitvely manage their recruitment processes.
  • Be hands on and willing to help with continuous improvement to processes.
  • Assist with all recruitment needs, predominantly across Sales, Marketing and Technology but across all other areas as well.

They are looking for:

  • A can-do, positive attitude and a willingness to take on things to help the buisness
  • Marketing/Tech & Sales Recruitment Experience
  • Experience of working in a start-up type environment
  • Hands on approach and ability to be strategic with innovative ideas for sourcing.
