Recruitment Business Partner - Corporate Functions - 12 Month FTC

Our client, a growing financial services organisation are looking for a Resourcing Executive for a 12 month, fixed term, maternity cover contract.

Ideally, the successful candidate will start in early May for a 12 month period.

The role will support the Corporate Functions department with all hiring across business support and operations and will also involve the management of an Administrator.

About the role:

  • Support Corporate Functions on all hires across; Finance, HR, and wider Business Operations.
  • Supervise an Administrator who will help support your area.
  • Run and manage wider business projects such as; regulatory projects (IR35/SMCR), systems and wider ad-hoc projects.

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of leading on all Corporate Functions hiring.
  • Proven Financial or Professional services experience preferred, or experience or working in a large, blue-chip organisation.
  • Previous supervision experience
  • A hands-on, can do attitude and the ability to project management.
