My client is a leading retail brand with a fantastic reputation in the market place. An exciting, international organisation, they are looking for a specialist recruiter to report into the Recruitment Manager. A newly created role, this is an initial 12month FTC where you will be responsible for a head office based client group (junior - mid level), such as Buying and Merchandising, Design, Digital.
As Recruitment Partner, you will partner closely with your client group as an expert in this field, to guide and influence on recruitment and selection processes, supporting and encourage succession planning within teams. Working on volume fixed term and permanent hires, you will maintain a strong network of relationships in order to directly source for roles. You will proactively develop talent pools of passive candidates, be responsible for candidate management and providing a positive candidate experience, acting as a true ambassador of the brand. With the emphasis on direct sourcing, you will build relationships with agency partners and external suppliers, and line manage the Recruitment Assistant to support in their growth and development.
The ideal candidate for the Recruitment Partner opportunity will have a strong recruitment background, gained either in-house or as a part of an agency, and is essential you have managed the recruitment process for head office based positions. You will be a strong communicator, be proactive in your approach to networking and sourcing talent, and genuinely passionate about being an ambassador for the brand,
