Elevation recruitment group are currently looking for a resourcing specialist. Reporting in to the organisational development manager, you will have an opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide a first-class internal recruitment service.
In this role you will be responsible for:
*Proactively identify suitable candidates, including carrying out CV searches, social networking sites, careers fairs etc
*Telephone and face to face competency interviews, and the coordination and facilitation of group assessments
*Meetings with Hiring Managers to establish recruitment needs and produce accurate job specifications.
*Pre-screen interviews (telephone)
*Generating reports and analysis of recruitment information.
*Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of vacancies at any one time.
*Dealing with both high volume vacancies as well as highly specialised vacancies.
*Driving key KPI's to meet and exceed targets, ensuring that only the best quality candidates are recruited.
Elevation Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*The successful candidate will have previously worked in a recruitment environment.
*You'll have a high level of recruitment knowledge and expertise.
*Previous experience of competency based assessment and managing assessment centres.
*It is essential that you are highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise a large workload, allowing you to effectively manage high volume and specialised recruitment.
*You will utilise your excellent communication skills both internally as you liaise with recruiting managers and externally, liaising with candidates.
