Elevation Recruitment Group are currently looking for a recruitment specialist. Reporting into the recruitment manager, you will have an opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide a first-class internal recruitment service.
In this role you will be responsible for:
*Proactively identify suitable candidates, including carrying out CV searches, social networking sites, careers fairs etc
*Telephone and face to face competency interviews, and the coordination and facilitation of group assessments
*Meetings with Hiring Managers to establish recruitment needs and produce accurate job specifications
*Pre-screen interviews (telephone)
*Generating reports and analysis of recruitment information
*Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of vacancies at any one time
*Dealing with support functions as well as highly specialised vacancies
*Driving key KPI's to meet and exceed targets, ensuring that only the best quality candidates are recruited
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Previous experience of delivering in a recruitment role, ideally in-house.
*You'll have a high level of recruitment knowledge and expertise.
*Previous experience of competency based assessment.
*It is essential that you are highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise a large workload
*You will utilise your excellent communication skills both internally as you liaise with recruiting managers and externally, liaising with candidates.
