Recruitment & Training Administrator (Part-Time) - Human Resources Consultancy
£23,000 per annum FTE (Pro Rata)
Part-time role working Monday to Friday (4 hours per day), 10.00am-2.00pm
We are looking for an experienced part-time Administrator who will provide an efficient, high quality, client focused administration service to our Recruitment and Training teams. The role is part-time, Monday to Friday working 4 hours per day.

The Recruitment & Training Administrator role
No two days are the same so you will thrive on an ever changing ‘To Do’ list. Below are some of the tasks the role will cover:-
+ Provide all-round administration support to the recruitment team
+ Communicate with applicants and clients and answer any enquiries in a professional and timely manner
+ Responding to applications and updating online recruitment sites
+ Producing interview packs with interview questions, summary notes and test results
+ Speaking to applicants and clients to arrange interview dates
+ Conducting any employment checks i.e. references
+ Diary management for the team
+ Research options to increase our exposure on various social media channels i.e. LinkedIn
+ Administering all aspects of Reality HR’s training courses and seminars
+ Use your comprehensive PowerPoint skills to produce and revise training presentations ready for the trainer to use.
+ Prepare and distribute training aids such as training packs, handouts and evaluation forms
+ Write initial draft training presentations and conduct research for training material
+ Maintain accurate training reports and records and provide reports with course feedback
+ Manage the training logistics (room bookings, refreshments, visitors etc)
+ Full responsibility for the scheduling of training and maintaining a calendar of events
+ Experienced administrator who has ideally worked within recruitment, training or human resources previously
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Effective at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
+ Able to prioritise a busy workload whilst demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
+ A team player who can add value to the recruitment and training teams
+ Strong I.T skills including Excel, PowerPoint and confident carrying out internet research
+ In busy periods, supporting Consultant/Advisor Team with HR administration
+ Use your own initiative – we don’t do micro- management!
+ Flexible and adaptable to meet the challenges of the business
+ Based within a commutable distance of Basingstoke
