We are looking to strengthen the business with a Regional Director for the North West & Yorkshire regions. Your duties will include: deliver revenue, headcount and tempbase targets for your region, implementation and development of a management structure, motivate, manage and coach your managers and consultants, and full P&L responsibility. The successful candidate will need: extensive recruitment experience in a professional environment, demonstrable track record of building and motivating successful recruitment teams, strong management skills with good communication and influencing skills, a positive and 'can do' attitude who thrives on challenges and change.
