Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an Interim Regional HR Advisor for an 8 month contract. Based near Harrogate, you will be working with a large UK leading business and will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to the region.
The successful candidate will work within a fast paced and challenging environment and will take responsibility for:
*Work closely in conjunction with the Local Director and Management Team to support across all aspects of ER supporting and coaching them to handle processes and procedures with minimal input.
*Take a clear lead and focus on Employee engagement within your area of remit, ensuring clear and proactive action plans are implemented.
*Provide advice in line with policies and current legislation to managers and colleagues.
*Support the key Internal Stakeholders in dealing with performance issues through to settlements.
*Act as the key point of contact for any change in the Employee Life-Cycle ensuring legislative changes are communicated in a timely fashion.
*Manage across various key HR Projects ensuring key deliverables are achieved to timescales
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*CIPD qualified level 5-7
*Proven experience of working in a regional hr advisor position
*Be able to deliver key messages in a positive constructive manner
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Have demonstrable ER experience managing complex cases
*Organised and ability to self-motivate as this is essentially a regional role
*Flexibility to travel and do occasional overnight stays
