My client, one of the UK's leading Aviation companies, is looking for an experienced HR generalist to join on a 3-month basis, with a view to becoming permanent.
You will be covering a number of sites in the South of England, including Gatwick and Heathrow, as well as smaller airports, so will need to be flexible and able to travel during the week.
Key challenges include supporting the site leadership teams; embedding a new business model; supporting a Change programme; leading site based Engagement project.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within distribution, manufacturing or transport sectors with a blue and white collar workforce.
You will need to have strong ER experience, as well as experience in TUPE, as well as working on strategic HR projects, managing senior stakeholders.
