Elevation HR are currently seeking to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner for an established engineering business. The role will be responsible for sites in the North East and will involve regular travel to the Head Office in Sheffield (circa 2 days). This is a fantastic career opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to work alongside the HR Director and wider HR team to provide an excellent and efficient service to the business.

The successful candidate will be an individual comfortable operating at HRBP level, preferably with experience of multisite operations. This full time permanent opportunity will involve overall headcount responsibility for circa 150 with a North West area remit supporting regional management teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Implementing and supporting managers with a full generalist HR remit
* Assisting the company in the smooth running of the HR function to support the business needs, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
* Providing full HR administrative support and field-based ER advice and guidance
* Advising and enforcing company policies and procedures to line managers and individuals
* Generation and issuing of employment contracts and associated paperwork
* Working closely with the line managers to support with absence management and performance management
* Researching and organising training requirements for all members of staff
* Coordination of the induction process, taking responsibility for the HR induction programme
* There will also be involvement in HR projects and other HR administrative duties

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience:

* A minimum of CIPD Level 5 or above
* Experience at HRBP/Snr HR Advisor level or above, with generalist HR experience
* Highly motivated and accountable approach to work
* Ability to work autonomously out in the region
* Ability to communicate and influence across all levels
* Confident and credible character
* Flexibility to travel across the region
