Annapurna HR are looking to speak with commercial and tenacious HR professionals who are comfortable working within an ambiguous environment for a six month role setting up a HR department and supporting an integration.
My client are a global holding company who own a number of global retail brands and having recently acquired an additional brand. As HR Manager you will be tasked with setting up a HR department in London, as well as commuting occasionally to Birmingham to support through the integration.
This is a complex role, and so you will be an experienced generalist who is comfortable managing all aspects of HR. As well as, used to working autonomy and regionally.
