We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our HR team as a Regional HR Business Partner supporting our North, Central & Midlands regions In this varied role, you will support the Regional Managers in driving the people performance across the regions, including talent development, succession planning and implementing the people strategy. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT As our Regional HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are landed and embedded in the business successfully. You role will involve Talent development, Succession planning, and ER. Not only will you partner with our Regional Managers and Store/Assistant Store managers within Swarovski, but you will also work with our Cadenzza brand to support the HR needs. Being a regional role, you will be expected to travel across our sites, providing them with an exceptional service. WHAT WE EXPECT In order to qualify for this opportunity, you must be CIPD qualified (or other relevant HR qualification). You will have broad HR skills, developed at a senior level ideally in a large field based environment. Good knowledge and experience in employment law/employee relation issues will also be key in this role. As well as these you will also have the following: Understanding and experience of business partnering at an operational levelStrong influencing/interpersonal skills, based on passion about people and their contribution to business successAbility to manage large people change programme(s)Pragmatic and practical, with a demonstrated capacity to make things happen and drive change to transform business performanceCustomer focused - internal and externalWell-developed leadership skills - professional and personalAbility to handle a demanding workload, whilst maintaining operational standards.
