Joining our client as part of a busy, successful team, the successful Resourcing Administrator will support the Resourcing & Talent Director and the onshore and offshore team of Recruitment Business Partners, Recruitment Specialists and Talent Sourcers; taking sole responsibility for all pre-employment screening and re-vetting of colleagues across all of the business.

Ensuring that all new hires have completed vetting to a satisfactory standard, you must advise hiring managers of when the process is complete and actively manage the day to day relationship with our 3rd party vetting suppliers.  Producing recruitment data analytics and all recruitment reporting for the Equiniti Board, Executive Team, the wider HR function and third parties, you will act as the Super User and oversee the functionality of the recruitment system and the Equiniti careers website whilst taking an active involvement in resourcing and strategic projects.

Candidates for this role must hold a demonstrable working knowledge of government legislation in relation to employment screening, an advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including pivots and v-lookups and strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with new hires, through to senior management. 

With experience of analysing and evaluating various forms of data and creating varied reports for Exec and board level, you should have strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously whilst meeting strict timelines/deadlines.  Previous experience of ATS or CRM recruitment systems would be an advantage.
