Junior Compensation and Benefits Analyst - Up to £30,000

My client, a well established Legal organisation, is looking for a Reward specialist to join up with their Global Reward centre of excellence, based in Newcastle. This high performing team is expanding, and looking to bring on a talented HR professional who is keen to work within a well established Legal organisation. The role has significant room for future development due to a fantastic internal mobility programme.

Im looking to speak with a highly enthusiastic junior HR professional, with a broad based skillset, who is eager to join a large team. The ideal individual will also have the following;

- Previous experience within a HR focused position.
- Experience in various administrative tasks.
- Ideally a background of working with benefits queries
- A passion for HR, and the desire to get involved in the Compensation and Benefits space, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
