The Role

This well-known and highly regarded business based in Birmingham are now on the lookout for an experienced Reward Advisor to join their growing team. With recent restructuring, financial backing and a much more commercial stance, the business is now looking to take the number one spot within their industry over the next few years. You will be responsible for managing a reward function top to bottom, assisting the Director with putting together a solid strategy and leading and rolling out numerous projects over the next 12 months. You will be the main point of contact throughout the business for reward related queries and will use your analytical skills to support management decisions, pushing for change where you see necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a growing reward function
  • Management of company flexible benefits
  • Reviewing and making changes within the department where necessary, keeping in line with any legislation changes
  • Lead annual cycles related to compensation and benefits
  • Relationship management with external providers
  • Supporting and advising senior managers with HR queries, building strong relationships across the business
  • Identify, plan and implement better processes and practices where necessary
  • Analyse and interpret people data, making recommendations and influencing and driving change
  • Train and support managers with HR related issues, as well as when rolling out strategy across the business
