About the role

Alzheimer's Society is made up of over 10,000 volunteers and employees. These people, ‘Our People’ work together to build a better world for people with dementia and the people who care for them; our people are at the heart of delivering our strategy.

The reward and recognition team has a privileged position and an exciting remit of fully evolving our approach to total reward, to ‘create the right conditions’ for all our people to give their best each day to deliver our strategic aims and to value their time at the Society. Your role as Reward Adviser is instrumental in making this happen.

About you

As a result of further investment in the team and one of the team leaving we are currently looking for two people to joins us in the Reward and Recognition Team. 

For this position you will have knowledge and experience of the wider aspects people value such as recognition, including recognition events, opportunities at work and working environment.

Regardless of your experience you will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with other team members so you can grow your experience across the wider total reward spectrum.
