I have partnered with an industry FTSE 50 company to find an Reward Analyst. My client is looking for someone with a broad background with some basic experience across compensation and/or benefits as they look to evolve the current reward offering for the business.
* Ideally some experience in a Compensation Analyst/ Reward Analyst position.
* Good understanding of the reward agenda, including salary, bonus, and benefits, and its relationship with business success in a dynamic enviroment.
* Excellent and refined communication skills, someone who can present to, and interact with, senior stakeholders in the organisation.
* Experience identifying, documenting, and implementing process improvements.
* A desire to grow and develop within an organisation, and assess the reward offering from an analytical perspective.
