My client is looking for an individual to come in and offer full support to the Reward Manager in both the EMEA and APAC reigons. Responsibilities include;
- Offer holistic support in the day to day delivery of effective Compensation & Benefits programmes.
- Ad-hoc Benefits project work, alongside reviewing and engaging new benefits providers
- Communicating the Compensation and Benefits offering to the wider business, strong stakeholder management skills required.
To be successful in this role you must have experience supporting a reward function in a complex global organisation, and be comfortable working in a project based environment.
