A global retail brand is currently looking for a Reward Analyst on a 12 month maternity contract to support the EMEA Reward manager with the operational management of day to day reward duties.
The post holder will have the responsibility of making sure the reward plans are both competitive and affordable; covering areas such as benefit plans, car schemes, benchmarking, C&B reporting and monitoring the budget spend. There will be aspects of vendor management and reward projects where required.
To be considered, you must possess highly advanced excel skills and knowledge around both compensation and benefits policies and procedures. A high attention to detail is required as well as good communication skills and some experience around 3rd party vendor management.
