My client, a leading UK based New Media organisation, are looking for a Reward Analyst to join their growing HR team and wider business.
This role will be operating globally and will be an important part of the transformation of a growing HR function.
It will be largely operational, with responsibilities including compliance and administration of Share Plans, Internal benchmarking and job mapping on a global scale. Alongside some significant exposure to working with senior members of the wider business, advising on, and having a strategic input moving forwards. Combined with administrative supporting of the preparation of Remco papers.
The ideal individual will have;
- A good knowledge of benchmarking and job evaluation methodology
- Advanced Excel skills
- The ability to work with large data sets, analyse them, and effectively communicate this to the wider business.
