My client, a well known and innovative charitable organisation, are looking for a Reward Analyst to join their growing Reward team on a permenant basis.
It will be largely operational, with responsibilities including benchmarking, management of the employee benefits platform, and general responsibilities with the ongoing development of the Pay and Grading framework. This role will also give the opportunity to support and lead on Adhoc Reward projects, across Compensation and Benefits.
The ideal individual will have;
- Advanced Excel skills
- An extremely analytical mindset.
- Previous experience of job evaluation methodology, salary surveys and benchmarking
- The ability to articulate their findings in a clear concise manor.
