I have partnered with an leading, global Tech business to find an experienced Reward Analyst. My client is looking for someone with a broad background with some advanced experience across compensation and benefits as they look to evolve the current reward offering for the business, in partnership with the newly formed CoE.

Essential Requirements
* Some strong analytical experience within Compensation and/or Benefits, ideally both.
* Good understanding of the reward agenda, including salary, bonus, and benefits, and its relationship with business success in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent and refined communication skills, someone who can present to, and interact with, senior stakeholders in the organisation.
* A 'can do' attitude, and the ability to work independently within a highly complex, and fast growing business.
* A desire to grow and develop within an organisation, and assess the reward offering from an analytical perspective.
