Reward Analyst (HR)

Position: Reward Analyst 
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire (Commutable from Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax and surrounding areas) 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

About the role: 

The Rewards Analyst will provide a professional source of expertise and advice on reward and benefits issues to the wider HR team, employees and key stakeholders. The role holder will be involved in benefit renewals, salary benchmarking, health and wellbeing programme and the annual salary and bonus review cycle, being a key contact for internal and external stakeholders including senior managers, brokers and benefit providers. 

Essential Skills / Experiences: 

- Previous HR experience 
- Proven experience in a reward environment with knowledge of compensation and reward processes including job evaluation 
- Advanced excel skills (ability to use reporting functions, pivot tables, macros) 
- Strong verbal and numerical analytical skills 
- Ability to use multiple data sources to come up with ‘best fit’ options taking account of user needs and specific situations 
- Experience and qualifications normally associated with successful performance of role 
- Health and Safety 


- Towers Watson Grading System.
