Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Specialist in Reward & Benefits for a leading organisation based in West Yorkshire.
Main areas of Accountability:
*Provision of Analytical and Advisory support to the wider people team
*Analysis of pay and benefits in relation to Gender Pay Gap and Race Pay Gap legislation
*Analyse and forecast trends; identify risks and formulate solutions with key stakeholders
*Maintain and develop the Benefits Reward Platform, working with 3rd party providers to identify uptake and benefit provision
*Provide support to Remuneration and Pension Committees
*Provide benchmarking analysis to ensure appropriate allocation of pay and benefits
*Ensure that Compliance and adherence to legislation such as GDPR, National Living Wage etc. is priority.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Demonstrable and comprehensive experience in analytics
*Advanced excel skills,
*Worked in a reward advisor role, advising on best practice approach.
*Market knowledge of reward and benefit offerings, and have an existing network within the reward space.
*Ability to communicate and influence across all levels
