A global engineering firm based in South West London are currently recruiting for an experienced Reward & Compensation analyst to join their current HR Department. This hybrid role is going to provide effective HR analysis support across both local and international locations for the entire business.
Data reporting & analysis for both Human Resources and Reward
Equal pay and Gender pay gap reporting
Developing annual reward cycle systems and reporting styles
Maintenance of electronic files
Costing's and the implications associated with international assignments
Global mobility projects
You need to have experience in both HR & Reward as well as knowledge around systems and extensive excel experience. This role is going to require you to be self motiveated, proactive and not afraid of getting involved with wider HR Projects. It would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a step up into a role with wider exposure or someone who is looking for much more of a challenging role.
