Reward Consultant - Survey Management £40-50K
Annapurna HR are recruiting a Reward Consultant, within Surveys and Compensation, on behalf of a well known Consultancy firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Analyst with experience in survey management who has the desire to broaden their experience in Reward through working with a well established consultancy firm.
This role would involve a combination of the management of surveys with the daily communication with clients, answering queries regarding data submission alongside making reccomendations based on previous experience and knowledge of the process.
To Qualify For The Role You Must Have
1 The ability to understand and communicate effectively with Clients on a day to day basis.
2 Previouys experience with Compensation, salary surveys, pay reviews, benchmarking and Reward practices.
3 Advanced MS Excel skills.
4 A desire to learn, and work at in a fast paced environment.
