This highly recognised media company based in the City are now looking for a talented and experienced Reward Manager to manage and develop the department, leading on reward strategy, implementing appropriate and effective reward programmes and providing a top quality service across compensation, benefits and mobility related issues. Your duties will include:

  • Engaging and gaining buy-in from senior management teams across the business to contribute towards overall reward strategy
  • Implement effective reward programmes that noticeably improve and support engagement, retention and attraction of staff
  • Manage annual pay review and negotiations.
  • Management of reward operations
  • Management of benefit and pension providers
  • Global mobility management and liaison with outsourced provider
  • Updating and rolling out Total reward policies
  • Influence and drive change throughout the organisation to promote more commercial thinking and a more effective work force
