A highly recognised automotive retailer is currently looking for an Interim Reward Manager to join the team for a period of 12 months. In this role you will be managing all annual Reward projects and supporting the implementation of Reward Strategy, providing detailed knowledge of principles and processes and act as a knowledge expert for the department.

Highlights of the role:

  • Annual Reward Processes - Including salary review, bonus payment and scheme reviews
  • Pension schemes - Lead on Auto-Enrolment legislation and pension scheme projects
  • Benefits - Annual renewal , managing voluntary benefits and Total Reward Statements
  • Role Evaluation - Expert on job evaluations, advice on salary and total reward package
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Benchmarking - Conducts over entire reward spectrum,
  • Reward Strategy - Implementing strategy and acting as subject matter expert

To be successful, our client is looking for someone who has excellent commercial awareness and who can thrive in a fast paced environment. You must be a strong Project Manager and have a proven track record in Reward.
