A worldwide retail brand is currently looking for a Reward Manager to join their team on a 18 month to 2 year basis in order to manage the day to day running of the Reward Team based at their headquarters.
This role will see you managing the daily operations and staff for benefits and payroll in the UK and Nordic regions; you will be responsible for delivering a competitive benefit offering and strategy for the business while managing all vendor and employee communication onto the company intranet. You will also be assisting with compensation tasks as well as the HRIS systems where you will be heavily involved in the transition from Workday HR.
Must have team management experience as well as a track record in Reward and Benefits; being able to understand and oversee a payroll is a must. You will need to be technically confident when it comes to HRIS systems and the implementation of them.
