Job Title: Reward Manager

Location: Banbury

Salary: £60,000 pro rata plus car allowance

Job Type: Full time (Part time will be considered), Fixed-Term - 6 Months

Purpose of the role:

At the heart of the Company's People and Development strategy is their reward vision and this is to attract, engage and retain the right people for their business to be successful. As a centre of excellence, this role will work closely with the Reward Advisor, HR Business Partners and management teams to develop and implement the Company's reward strategy across the globe. You will be required to lead, recommend and implement reward solutions that are commercially appropriate and meet the needs of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Work with the Head of Reward to develop the reward strategy and agree solutions across the key accelerator markets.
  • Lead on reward projects including;
    • Developing a proposal for performance pay bonus arrangements
    • Aligning the reward offering to the levels in the People Framework
    • Revising and implementing pay bands across career groups
  • Design, develop and implement reward processes that drive consistency and fairness.
  • Work with the Reward Advisor to develop reward analytics including competitor analysis that guide and inform decisions for the P&D and management teams across all regions.
  • Work with the Business Partners and Head of Talent and Leadership to develop strategies linked to reward that attract, motivate and retain our colleagues.
  • Work as part of the People and development team and coach the reward advisor.
  • Support the Pay and Benefits team on BAU reward and recognition processes where needed.

Key Skills:

The individual must have proven experience in reward and want to work in an environment where they can apply their skills to build upon the current reward foundations. The individual will need to have a consultative style, commercially minded, relationship builder and able to influence various stakeholders across the business.

Essential knowledge and experience

  • Proven reward, in particular performance pay/bonus arrangements.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and able to interpret data in the context of BFS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Desirable knowledge and experience

  • International reward in particular Germany, France, Poland.
  • Experience of UK payroll.
  • Global Mobility expertise.
