My Client, a leading Financial Services organisation, are looking for an experienced Reward Manager to join up with the growing Reward team.
The role will be heavily involved in the Asset Management side of the business, working with an experienced Reward Director to help drive the business forward. The role responsibilities include;
- Owning and developing new and existing internal and external relationships, and partnering with all areas of the business on Reward matters.
- Working with Reward strategy, development and implementation.
- Market research and benchmarking activity, along with communicating findings to the wider business
The ideal individual for this role will have;
- A good understanding of the FS sector.
- The ability to mange relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally, and communicate strategic Reward decisions with these individuals.
- Play a leadership role in a growing Reward team, and aid in the development of junior analysts
