10 month FTC - £65,000 FTE
My Client, a global online organisation, are looking to bolster their Reward Team with an experienced, analytically minded Reward professional on an initial 10 month FTC.
This individual will be responsible for annual salary reviews, LTIP's, Benefits, Global Mobility and much much more in what is a truly varied role. We're looking for a candidate with the following experience and skills;
- Experience in all areas of reward and a proven track record in a mid-level reward role within an international company.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of data
- Excellent working knowledge of Workday HRIS (and its Advanced Compensation module) preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills - a highly organised and hands-on approach to work is required.
