In this maternity cover role (with potential to go permanent) you’ll provide analytical expertise to support the delivery of the Reward strategy and ensure that activities such as benchmarking & job evaluation, bonus calculations, pay reviews, benefit renewals and administration are operating effectively.You’ll also support new initiatives and projects, as required and provide support and expertise to guide, advise and challenge business managers, working closely with the HR Business Partnering and HR Services teams in particular.
You’ll be educated to degree level or equivalent and will be an experienced Reward Specialist with an in depth knowledge of salary benchmarking & evaluation methodologies such as Towers Watson and experience in the areas of pension and benefit administration.
You’ll have exceptional attention to detail complemented by numeric, analytic and problem solving abilities alongside strong planning and organisational skills.
You’ll possess a high degree of computer literacy, advanced experience of Excel and the ability to produce high quality reports and MI.
Due to the sensitive nature of your role you’ll be comfortable being discreet maintaining total confidentiality.
