Elevation HR are pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing company in the North Derbyshire area who are currently looking to recruit a highly skilled and competent Reward Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward professional to become a part of the Head Office team to implement, manage and analyse the Reward systems and data.

The ideal candidate will be confident in arranging and delivering projects and new practices to ensure Reward data accuracy. You will also be required to provide management, HR and other colleagues with robust data and information to assist in decision making and driving the business forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

-Creating and analysing current data to provide insight into current reward metrics
-Analysing and reporting themes in reward trends and practices, making HR aware and contributing in decision making
-Collaborating with the wider HR team to deliver efficient analysis and deployment of payment processes including bonus and salary reviews to provide governance and accuracy
-Owning and managing specific projects, contributing to the Total Reward strategy and leading to greater consistency of practice
-Ensuring the appropriate data flow, accuracy and 'ease of colleague accessibility' is met by collaborating with HR
-Identifying data anomalies through the use of multiple systems to ensure data integrity

Elevation HR would be keen to speak to candidates with the following skills and experience:

-Prior career history in Reward, in either HR or a Reward environment, with a focus on determining appropriate Reward policy and practice
-Knowledge of job sizing methodologies - the ability to make day to day judgements on new positions, individual issues and group trends
-Proven ability in supporting the consistent application of remuneration using tools, education and processes effectively
-Knowledge of salary inflation and market drivers
-Experience in delivering to senior stakeholders
-CIPD or equivalent qualification
