Position: Risk & Issue Management Lead
Location: This role can be based at any office, however ideally they would be based in Croydon, Nottingham or Plymouth as this is where the majority of the team are based. There will be travel required with this role.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £34,656 National (£37,841 Croydon)

About the role:
This role is an essential aspect of their Transformation Portfolio Office (TPO) in assuring, monitoring, reviewing, challenging and building capability in support of the portfolio.
The post holder for Risks and Issues will proactively work with Project and Programme staff to ensure that risk and issue management is carried out effectively.
You will ensure that all project risks that have wider programme or portfolio dependencies or strategic implications are escalated and dealt with at the appropriate level.
To be successful in these roles you will have experience of portfolio and programme management through their full lifecycle. You will have experience of working in a large programme office environment and are able to effectively manage stakeholders.
Extensive and recent experience of risk and issue management is essential for the Risk and Issue post.
You may have experience of the following: Risk & Issue Management Lead, Risk Manager, Risk Lead, Programme Manager, Programme Management, Project Manager, Project Management, Portfolio Manager, etc.
