Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Sales Trainer for my client, a world leading services organisation, based in South Yorkshire. The role will be responsible for carrying out internationally renowned training courses both in the UK and Worldwide.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a highly successful business. The company offers behavioural based soft skills training to predominantly large corporate organisations covering a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare, IT and Manufacturing. The successful candidate will deliver a range of courses to senior professionals across the globe from a wide range of cultures.

The role will require the successful candidate to design and deliver a significant amount of training throughout the year, whilst also having responsibility for managing training implementations. The global nature of the majority of clients offers the opportunity for extensive travel and the potential to deliver world recognised and proven training solutions to a diverse cultural base.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in delivering interpersonal and soft skills training and have experience delivering at senior management level. Combined with this is the ability to demonstrate effective project management with strong communication and relationship building skills. The ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments combined with a desire to succeed in a challenging arena is a pre-requisite for this demanding role. You should also be experienced at working with digital learning techniques.

When not delivering training you will be required to be office based and as such must be in a suitably commutable distance from South Yorkshire.

- Full knowledge and experience of the training cycle
- Experience of successfully delivering interpersonal skills training up to senior management level
- Ability to use initiative, give advice and possess the personal skills which make colleagues and clients want to work with you
-Experience of working with blended learning programmes, classroom and virtual learning is desirable
- Flexible and excited by the opportunity for international travel
