SAP HR Payroll Consultant - Very Competitive Base Salary + Benefits and Bonus Depeding On Experience.
Fantastic opportunity for an SAP HR Payroll Consultant, to step into one of the leading international IT full serivce providers.
Reporting to the HCM Practice Manager, you will support the development of the practice, be responsible for the delivery of HCM projects and be the champion and "go-to" person for any HCM opportunity. You will support the team to embrace an expanding HCM practice alongside SAP's growing portfolio of products in the SAP HCM arena that mirror the go-to-market messages of SAP.
-Demonstrable expertise and multiple implementation experience in SAP GB Payroll. A good understanding of some of the other SuccessFactors modules especially Employee Central.
-Expertise and experience in SAP Payroll product offer of full project life-cycle. Requirements include - Analysis, process design, blueprint documentation, specification of required developments, gap analysis, configuration, testing & production support.
-Led multiple full-cycle implementations including mid-year go-lives.
-Technical knowledge about HCM and integrating with other relevant systems and touch points. Willingness to cross-skill in SuccessFactors modules if need be.
