Senior Employee Relations Advisor- Part Time (22.5 hours per week)
Salary up to £35,000 (pro rata) + 3% flexible benefits + discretionary bonus
Hours- 22.5 hours per week- Monday - Wednesday- exact hours to be discussed

What will you be doing?
As our Senior Employee Relations Advisor you'll provide a pro-active ER service to all department across our Leeds and Tolworth offices.
Supporting the development and implementation of our ER agenda and key HR policies to improve the effectiveness of the business in line with the overall business strategy. You will instil HR best practice and consistency by providing ER advice and guidance across the business and support managers with complex disciplinary and grievance investigations, hearings and appeals providing HR and Employment Law advice ensuring consistency and fairness.
You'll be familiar with UK Employment Law and hold a postgraduate CIPD qualification (or an equivalent qualification)
