Duties & Responsibilities
To support the HR Business Partner in providing a comprehensive and professional HR service for the company.
To ensure that sickness absence is monitored and managed in accordance with policy and procedures.
To provide advice & guidance in respect of grievance, disciplinary and capability issues up to and including dismissal, referring more complex cases to the HR Business Partner
To advise managers on mediation and informal resolutions, prior to the introduction of formal processes.
To manage and provide advice on probationary review matters up to and including dismissal, referring more complex cases to the HR Business Partner
To support the HR Business Partner with the provision of HR specific training to management teams
To assist with the collation and completion of annual performance review process for submission to Corporate sign off
To work with the recruitment and compliance teams to ensure new start process is executed in a timely manner
Candidates with previous private healthcare experience will be highly regarded as this is a niche sector and this experience is highly saught after.
