Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor on a FTC basis. My client is a leading International manufacturing company based in the Leeds/Bradford Area.
The successful candidate will have previous multi-site experience as this is a Dual site role so travel and diary management are paramount.
Key areas of responsibilities:
*Lead on Guidance to the designated Region covering all areas such as ER, Performance Management, Benefits & Compensation for Managers within the business
*Lead on HR Projects to add value to the business
*Support with the effective management of organisational, acquisition and system changes within the organisation
*Support with Tupe transfer management and harmonisation of benefits and contracts
*MI analysis and trend assessment to recommend solutions
*Manage the Union Relationship on site(s)
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Graduate Calibre with CIPD qualification level 5+ or studying towards
*Working at a Senior HR Advisor level in a generalist role with Unionised experience- preferably from heavy Manufacturing
*Have come from a multisite background ideally
*Be able to deliver key messages in a positive constructive manner
*Have demonstrable ER experience up to complex case management
