My client, a wonderful charity based in South London ( focused around Youth & Education) are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to assist the HR Director in a generalist remit. They are based in South London and have a small HR team, so your role will be very broad, including Employee Relations, payroll, maternity, abenseses, HR data/ KPI's, reports, policies and procedures, recruitment, resrtructures and redundancies.
You will also get involved in projects such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and annual pay review processes and succession planning.
Ideally you will be already acting at HR Advisor level or Senior HR Advisor and have similar experience from a charity background or similar. You will available to start within one month at most and will be able to interview w/c 16th September. You will have your CIPD or equivalent experienec and will hold a degree or equivalent experience. You will be organised and adaptable, able to hold your own with different stakeholders across an organisation and influence where required.
