Our Client is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team! Due to increasing workload in 2019 they’re looking for an experienced HR Professional to join them.
Experience in advising and supporting line managers and senior managers in their people management is key. They’re looking at pro-active approaches before reaching disciplinaries, grievances, consultations and absence management however, experience in advising on such processes is essential.
Our Client is a charity supporting people with learning difficulties. A person centred approach for both their customers and staff is paramount to their values. They are a values based employer looking for a values based person to join their HR team.
Previous experience in a similar role, working towards CIPD membership is required. This role works remotely so there is travel required, however, this is manageable within your working day. Able to communicate effectively with front line staff and managers who do not always have access to emails and technology is essential. Thinking outside the box is a must. Successful individual must hold a full UK driving licence.
This role is flexible. They’re looking for someone to join us working 37 hours per week but talk to us if you would like something different. The role would be required to work from any of their offices, but they are ideally looking for someone to be based from their Pickering or Ripon office.
