HR Advisor (ER weighted), London, 40k - 45k, ASAP

A highly recognised UK Retail organisation has an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor (ER weighted) to join their London team. Providing expert advice and proactive support to managers and employees across the UK business function.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong foundation in Employee Relations and Employment Law, to proactively address employment issues across all areas of the employee lifecycle
  • Previous experience in ER case management, to manage cases timeously and effectively
  • The ability to advise and develop employees as well as collaborate well within a team
  • Be experienced in building strong, trusted relationships with employees and managers across the business function

This role will be ideal for an enthusiastic Generalist or ER professional looking to learn and grow within a expanding team. The ideal candidate will take immediate ownership over a range of cases on an interim basis.

Previous high-volume ER Case load experience and working in fast paced environments will be beneficial
