Position: Senior HR Advisor
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hour per week
Salary: £Competitive + Excellent benefits
About the role:
They're now looking for a Senior HR Advisor who can work closely with the HR Business Partners to deliver the HR strategic plan. The role sits within their Hemel Hempstead office but will require regular travel.
The role requires a strong HR advisor who can build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders throughout the business and be comfortable providing advice and guidance with complex HR issues. You will be the HR representative at disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, capability meetings and other employee related issues as well as acting on the Management Information for the customer base, i.e. absence management, turnover, salary analysis, headcount etc.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD L5 qualified with a strong track record in with HR. Financial Services experience would be beneficial for the role. You will be confident with excellent interpersonal skills and highly resilient. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
