Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a multinational construction and development company based in London to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

As the Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the Facilities Management contracts across a number of sites, offering your expert knowledge to ensure the successful running of the business. Within this position you must build strong stakeholder relationships with the contract leads and support them with all employee relations, including performance management.

Your duties:

  • Provide highly professional and commercial customer focused HR support to the contract leads.
  • Offer advice and coaching to managers.
  • On site proactive visibility across multiple sites, namely; London, Derby, Walsall and Mansfield.
  • Identify and successfully communicate risks and costs to the business in regards to ER cases.

Skills:

  • CIPD qualified.
  • Experience managing ER issues, absence and redundancy.
  • Highly competent in employment law with the ability to handle complex issues.
  • Experience coaching line managers.

This is an exciting role to work for an excellent multinational construction and development business paying up to £40,000 + benefits DOE.
