Elevation HR are working with a highly ambitious and successful manufacturing business with sites across the UK.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and commercial thinking HR professional who can operate as a company values champion who can drive a business focused HR strategy, working with senior management at each site and influencing them on the people agenda.
Operating as a key contact for your sites, you will provide remote and onsite operational and strategic HR support and the provision of a proactive and effective HR service for all stakeholders. The role involves working as a business partner to Plant Managers, the site senior team and all functional departments, covering all generalist HR duties, as well as acting as a point of escalation for issues raised through the HR Shared Services desk.
The role will encompass HR Generalist duties, as well as operating as a HR partner, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Employee engagement and Performance Management, Policies and procedures.
CIPD Qualified the ideal candidate will have extensive experience of operating as a HR Generalist within a multi-site environment. It is key that you have the confidence and communication skills to build strong relationships with your key stakeholders. You will have strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor. You will be an effective planner with the ability to set and work to (personal, team and organisational) deadlines.
This role will be based from home but you will be required to attend meetings across all sites within the Nottinghamshire and Midlands region. You will also be required to occasionally attend meetings with your wider HR team from the Head Office in Yorkshire.
